Song of the week: “Galway Girl,” Ed Sheeran

Who doesn’t love Ed Sheeran? No one, no one DOESN’T love this man. He’s ridiculously talented, quirky, chill, and BRITISH. All the makings of someone I would want to be friends with.

His new album, “÷” is packed with hit after hit, nothing out of the ordinary for Ed. However, I’m currently stuck on his song “Galway Girl.” The combination of Ed’s rapping, the Irish fiddle melody, and the lyrics makes this my newest fav.

Supposedly, this song is about Niamh Dunne, the Irish fiddle player from the band Boega.

What do you think? What’s your favorite Ed Sheeran song? Let me know in the comments!
